Refund Policy

At Luxy Nails By Wendy, we want you to love your nail products as much as we do. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of nail products (cosmetics, gels, liquids, tools, and accessories), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the product has been opened/used.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form].

  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to process your claim.

  • Once approved, we will offer you the choice of:

    • A replacement item (where available).

    • A store credit.

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds are applied to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been packed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail products cannot be returned.

  • We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
